sometimes things happen
where to go when you need assistance
No matter how well prepared we are, we always let our guard down a little whilst on holiday. So, it's nice to know what do and where to go in an emergency. Whether you have lost your passport, mislaid your credit cards or are feeling a bit peaky. Here's a list of useful names and numbers that may just come in handy. If you send us an email we'll reply and send you an up to date list of contacts you can print and keep with your travel documents. Obviously your travel insurance company will handle most problems for you, but it's always a good idea to have these details just in case.
